Heat Pump Quote
For a budget quotation, please provide us with the address of the site and the total floor area of the property. The address must include the postcode of the site; alternatively the national grid reference of the site will be required. Provided the feasibility study confirms the availability of an adequate water supply, we can provide a budget proposal for your consideration.
For a confirmed quotation we will need a standard assessment procedure (SAP) report and a site visit will be carried out to confirm suitable access and working area.
The quotation will be divided into items for:
- The construction of a water supply borehole
- Installation of a suitable borehole pump and switching system
- Installation of the heat pump with connections to both the water supply borehole and soakaway
- The construction and testing of a suitable soakaway
Variation rates and provisional items will be included for both a domestic supply via an ultra-violet filter; plus a harvesting tank and 'grey-water' pumping system.
Once commissioning is complete and the installation is fully functional, a certificate is given to the client with a copy sent to the manufacturer so the system is recognised as having been installed and commissioned by an accredited company. This forms part of the warranty.
